Oracle WMS Developer

We are seeking a skilled Oracle WMS Developer to work with one of the largest Retail groups. . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enhance our warehouse operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle WMS modules, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

Design and Development

• Develop and customize Oracle WMS applications based on business requirements.
• Design and implement enhancements to Oracle WMS modules, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.

Integration

• Integrate Oracle WMS with other enterprise systems, including ERP, transportation management, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Oracle WMS and other systems.

Design and Development

• Provide ongoing support for Oracle WMS applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.

Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, warehouse managers, and other stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Collaborate with other developers and IT staff to ensure cohesive and efficient system integration.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Desired Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle WMS development and customization.
• Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and database management.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle WMS modules.

Skills

• Oracle forms 6i /10g
• Strong PLSQL
• Basic Unix scripting
• Proficiency in Oracle WMS configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Cloud WMS.
• Knowledge of other Oracle applications and technologies.
• Certification in Oracle WMS or related modules.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
