Role Description :

 

Demonstrable experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Order Management from design to go-live at at least one 1 client.
Experience with sub-modules within Procurement - Supplier Portal, Contract Management, Sourcing, Reqs/POs, or Hub (Master Data Management)
Developing an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future state recommendations.
Support Levels (Level 2, Level 3, Level 4) – Triage production issues, work on Service Request, provide Break Fix, Minor Enhancement, Monitoring, Integrations, Documentation, -Vendor co-ordination, Configuration, Deployments.
Work on month end, year end, Oracle quarterly patch application process
