Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Oracle practice, aligning it with company objectives and market demands.
Define and expand service offerings, focusing on Oracle ERP, Cloud, and Application Managed Services.
Lead the innovation of solutions to address emerging client needs and industry trends.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, managing sales pipelines, accurately forecasting, and winning, strategic Oracle new accounts, and expanding existing ones.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing thought leadership and consultation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build comprehensive solutions that align with client goals.
Developing a deep shared understanding of the practice value propositions and effectively communicating them to prospective customers.
Achieve or exceed sales and revenue growth targets.
Delivery Excellence:
Ensure the highest quality of service delivery for Oracle projects, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Oversee large-scale outsourcing and managed services engagements, ensuring seamless execution.
Foster a culture of operational excellence by implementing best practices and robust governance frameworks.
P&L Management:
Take full ownership of the practice’s financial performance, including revenue, profit, and operational efficiency.
Develop, monitor and control budgets, resource utilization, and cost optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
Practice & Team Development:
Build and scale a high-performing Oracle team by recruiting, training, and mentoring top talent.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth within the practice.
Define and develop career pathways for team members to support retention and engagement.
Alliance & Partnership Management:
Build and strengthen relationships with Oracle and other strategic partners to enhance collaboration and co-selling opportunities.
Actively participate in joint go-to-market initiatives to expand market presence and accelerate growth.
 

Qualifications:

Experience:
15+ years of experience in Oracle solutions, consulting, and managed services with a strong track record in leadership roles.
Proven ability to scale a practice or service line, driving both sales growth and operational excellence.
Demonstrated success in managing large, complex Oracle engagements, including ERP, Cloud, and Application Management projects.
Extensive experience in P&L ownership, consistently achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong background in sales, solutioning, and delivery of Oracle products, including ERP, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies.
Exceptional ability to forecast, build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience in building high-performing teams in a global delivery model.
Expertise in navigating complex, multi-disciplinary sales cycles and delivering value-driven solutions.
Ability to operate at a detailed, hands-on level while maintaining a view on the longer-term practice strategy and goals.
Preferred Background:
Leadership experience in top-tier IT consulting firms such as Deloitte, Alpha Apex, Terillium, Mastek or Wipro.
Strong, current connections within the Oracle ecosystem, with experience managing partner relationships and joint initiatives.
Industry-specific expertise in sectors such as Manufacturing, Technology, or BFSI is a plus.
