Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to lead and support complex database development projects.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle database development, performance tuning, and data transformation using PL/SQL.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.

Perform data analysis and transformation for large datasets across multiple systems.

Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.

Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in database development.

Collaborate with application developers, architects, and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve database and application issues related to PL/SQL code.

Assist in database schema design and change management.

Document technical specifications, data flows, and support procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development.

Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS architecture (Oracle 12c/19c preferred).

Proven experience in writing and debugging complex stored procedures, triggers, and packages.

Expertise in performance tuning and query optimization techniques.

Solid understanding of relational database design, normalization, and data modeling.

Experience with large-scale data migrations and ETL processes using PL/SQL.

Proficient in using Oracle development tools (SQL*Plus, TOAD, SQL Developer).

Familiarity with version control tools like Git or SVN.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Apex, Oracle Forms, or Oracle Reports is a plus.

Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting.

Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments.

Experience in industries such as banking, insurance
