Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in PL/SQL development. Daily responsibilities include development—from analyzing existing codebases and bridging requirement gaps to developing and deploying robust, scalable code and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Codebase & Requirement Analysis
  • Review and analyze existing code to bridge functional gaps and align implementations with business requirements.
  • End-to-End development - code enhancements & new development
  • Design, develop, test (unit testing), and deploy solutions independently-primarily using complex Oracle PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting.

 

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, cursors, triggers etc. & performance tuning (Oracle)
  • Strong experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting, debugging, and automation
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Gitlab)

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience building RESTful APIs with Java Spring Boot
  • Exposure to Kafka or other message brokers for real-time data processing

 

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
