Key Responsibilities:
• Must have a minimum of fifteen years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer and providing legacy support.
• Must have demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, migrations, and data cleanup.
• Must have ten years developing data achieve strategies and implementations for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
• Must have minimum of ten years providing technical expertise in consolidation and migration of data to new cloud-based platforms.
• Must have ten years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud products and SaaS.
• Must have ten years of experience supporting Oracle databases and related infrastructure.
1A: Analysis, Design, and Development: 
• Provide development support for customer requested features and functionality for ERPS
• Ensure smooth and efficient development support for customer requested features. Enhance the stability and reliability of the Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM application.
• Collaborate with the ERPS team and business users to analyze and design solutions for customer requested features. Assist with deploying fixes in test and production environments. Perform data cleanup activities
1B: Implementation, Testing and Support: 
• Assist the ERPS team with tasks related to Oracle PeopleSoft application upgrade
• Ensure smooth and efficient implementation activities for customer requested features. Collaborate with other SMEs and vendor to align efforts.
• Support the ERPS team and actively participate in the various stages of Oracle PeopleSoft upgrade. Review and validate fixes deployed by developers in production environments. Assist with functional testing to validate business and technical capabilities. Actively participate in discussions, working sessions, and meetings with SMEs and other vendor resources.
1C: Knowledge Transfer: 
• Conduct on-going knowledge transfer sessions with the ERPS team on complex development work and incident resolution. Adhere to ERPS team best practices for technical documentation and apply lessons learned from production incident resolutions.
• Improve the ERPS team's understanding of complex development work. Enhance the team's incident resolution capabilities. Facilitate seamless knowledge sharing within the ERPS team.
• Organize and conduct regular knowledge transfer sessions on complex design and development techniques. Document technical processes and resolutions for future reference. Share insights from previous incident resolutions to improve incident handling. Ensure that all the information is documented and placed in a file share
