Oracle OIC Support Consultant

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues, performing testing, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Oracle Cloud environment.
Assist in the migration of on-premise systems to Oracle Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized Oracle Cloud solutions using services such as OCI, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions, including cloud infrastructure, security configurations, and performance optimizations.
Perform technical assessments and cloud readiness assessments, providing recommendations for improvements and cloud strategy planning.
Implement Oracle Integration Cloud to integrate Oracle and non-Oracle applications, ensuring a unified and automated workflow across systems.
Optimize cloud environments, focusing on performance, security, and cost-efficiency, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Assist clients with the configuration of Oracle Cloud services, ensuring that best practices for deployment and configuration are followed.
Train and mentor clients' teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to manage Oracle Cloud environments effectively.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Cloud technologies, continuously evaluating and integrating new features and functionalities to improve the client’s cloud infrastructure.
 

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud (OCI) consulting, with a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud migrations and implementations.
Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, and other Oracle Cloud services.
Expertise in cloud architecture, cloud security, and performance optimization within Oracle Cloud environments.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and a deep understanding of cloud networking, storage, compute, and security services.
Strong background in Oracle Database technologies, particularly Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Exadata Cloud Service.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SOA Suite for application integration.
Ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions that integrate Oracle and non-Oracle applications, ensuring system interoperability.
Oracle Cloud Certifications such as OCI Architect, OCI Developer, or relevant ERP/Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
Agile/Scrum experience for managing cloud projects in a collaborative, iterative environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Oracle Cloud environments.
Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to work in global teams and manage client relationships across different regions.
