Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM), with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation in the Power, Water, and Gas sectors. This role will involve working closely with clients, providing solutions, and supporting MDM implementations through the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle MDM solutions, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in the Power, Water, and Gas domains.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Create external design documents and conceptual solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Develop and configure MDM solutions, including areas such as VEE rules, device management, usage management, measuring components, and XML formats.
• Provide hands-on development experience using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Java.
• Write and modify custom programs, software enhancements, and interfaces; debug issues and provide timely solutions.
• Work on the integration of MDM systems with HES, CCB, and other external systems, including web services and batch processes.
• Execute unit test cases, document results, and adhere to coding standards and version control procedures.
• Revise and enhance existing custom solutions and provide maintenance and release documentation.
• Provide ongoing support to team members and ensure system performance improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle MDM implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle projects in the Power, Water, and Gas domains.
• Expertise in areas such as VEE rules, device management, usage management, and TOU (Time of Use).
• Certification in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Java.
• Proficient in system integrations, including MDM batches, Web Services, and third-party systems integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions and manage complex technical issues.
• Experience in writing unit test cases and documenting results.
• Familiarity with coding standards, version control, and risk management practices in program design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
