Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing & Maintenance Cloud Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Oracle ERP Manufacturing and Maintenance Products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications related to Manufacturing and Maintenance and a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and optimizing these modules to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Cloud Manufacturing:

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules (Work in Progress, Bills of Materials, Routers, and Production Scheduling).
• Lead and assist in the optimization of manufacturing processes, including production planning, shop floor control, and quality management.
• Provide expertise in integrating manufacturing processes with other Oracle modules like Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.

Oracle Cloud Maintenance:

• Configure and support Oracle Maintenance Cloud (Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Work Orders).
• Lead efforts to implement asset lifecycle management, maintenance scheduling, and preventive maintenance processes.
• Provide expertise in equipment management, maintenance work order processing, and integrating maintenance data with other Oracle applications.

Business Process Optimization:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend process improvements within Manufacturing and Maintenance operations.
• Perform gap analysis between business needs and Oracle application functionality.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions to streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, and improve operational performance.

Solution Implementation and Support:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud applications from initiation through post-implementation support.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure that business processes are functioning as intended.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance with other enterprise systems.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

• Lead training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance modules.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices, system configurations, and process improvements.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to junior consultants and business users.

Continuous Improvement:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud developments, new features, and best practices in manufacturing and maintenance management.
• Recommend and implement solutions to optimize Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance products in alignment with business strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle ERP Manufacturing and Maintenance Products, specifically within Oracle Cloud (Fusion Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud).
• Extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance modules.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing processes (e.g., Work in Progress, Bills of Materials, Production Scheduling, and Shop Floor Control) and Maintenance management (e.g., Asset Management, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance).
• Experience with Oracle integration with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Financials.
• Proven ability to optimize manufacturing and maintenance processes using Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience in leading Oracle Cloud implementation projects, system configurations, and upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and solution implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud certifications in Manufacturing or Maintenance modules.
• Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud in a global or multi-site environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, equipment management, and maintenance best practices.
