Oracle HCM Techno Functional consultant

? Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.? Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US)

? Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.

? Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.

? Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) ? HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.

? Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.

? Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.

? Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.

? Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.

? Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout? Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS
