Key Skills: BIP, Oracle HCM, Cloud Fusion

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide techno-functional solutions in Oracle HCM.
  • Develop and maintain BI reports, OTBI reports, and perform data migrations.
  • Manage HCM extracts and implement fast formulas as needed.
  • Ensure strong understanding of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Performance & Goal Management modules.
  • Work with Zellis HCM application and leverage SQL for backend processes, adapting to new reporting tools.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal team members on Oracle HCM functionalities and reporting tools.
  • Stay updated on latest Oracle HCM technologies and industry trends.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting
  • Knowledge of Cloud Fusion (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Performance & Goal Management modules
  • Experience in data migration, HCM extracts, and fast formula implementation
  • Proficiency in SQL for backend reporting processes
  • Ability to train and support clients and team members on HCM functionalities
  • Awareness of latest trends and technologies in Oracle HCM

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
