Position: Oracle HCM Tech Lead
Location: Remote (CST)
Duration: 6 months to start, but extension likely

Job Description:

 

Oracle Cloud Architect/Tech Lead (HCM – Recruiting and Payroll)

  • Must have Tech Lead/Architect level exp
  • Must have Recruiting and Payroll module experience
  • Developer – write code
  • Strong reporting/report creation for the business
  • Table customization 
  • 60-70% technical – 30-40% functional
  • Payroll – create/modify fast formulas, payroll workflows, etc.
  • Recruiting – build journeys, workflows, onboarding, etc.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
  • Get into code to solve problems
  • APEX, OBI, VBCS
  • Must be independent and work well with minimal direction, self-starter, pro-active
