Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work on HCM integrations, including HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports.
  • Provide techno-functional support in Oracle HCM applications, focusing on integrations, data conversion, and reporting.
  • Leverage Oracle HCM tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL for reporting and data management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions using Oracle HCM technologies.
  • Optional: Support and implement solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Provide expertise in compensation and equity areas within Oracle HCM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
  • Create detailed documentation for integrations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate on problem-solving and solution design.

Experience Requirement:

  • 6-12 yeras of expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and equity areas in Oracle HCM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Mulesoft is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
