Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on HCM integrations, including HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports.
- Provide techno-functional support in Oracle HCM applications, focusing on integrations, data conversion, and reporting.
- Leverage Oracle HCM tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL for reporting and data management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions using Oracle HCM technologies.
- Optional: Support and implement solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Provide expertise in compensation and equity areas within Oracle HCM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Create detailed documentation for integrations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on problem-solving and solution design.
Experience Requirement:
- 6-12 yeras of expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of compensation and equity areas in Oracle HCM is a plus.
- Familiarity with Mulesoft is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
