This is a contract role for an Oracle HCM Payroll consultant based in Dallas, TX. The consultant will be responsible for payroll services, administration, taxes, communication, and employee benefits. This role is on-site, requiring the consultant to be present in the Dallas, TX office.

Qualifications

Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Taxes expertise
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of Employee Benefits
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll system
Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
Certifications in Payroll or HR field are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
