Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Perform system analysis, design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle HCM applications.
Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Conduct user training and support change management initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) applications.
Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management modules.
Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective Oracle HCM solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred
