Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Payroll, Time, and Labor modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, implementation support, and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM solutions to meet our clients' business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, payroll regulations, and time and labor management, along with strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.

Configure, customize, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a focus on Payroll, Time, and Labor.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on Oracle HCM functionality and best practices.

Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within Oracle HCM.

Provide expertise in payroll processing, including tax compliance, deductions, and reporting.

Assist with data migration, integration, and testing activities during Oracle HCM implementations.

Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud releases, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM functionality, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
