• Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to interact with and present to all levels of the organization

• Oracle HCM Talent Module along with ORC and Redwood exposure – Nice to have

• Possess leadership ability to lead the deliverables independently without hand holding or assigning the work.

• Proactive in proposing design, new ideas and solutions.

• Work closely with client to understand the scope and liaise between Tech and product teams.

• Capable of independently delivering work items and leading data discussions with Tech Leads, Architects, and Implementation Partners


Must Have Technical/Functional Skills-

• Oracle HCM and OIC Experience with configurations and Integrations with respect to migration. Basic knowledge would suffice.

• Experience with data refreshes – T2T (Test to Test), P2T(Production to Test)

• Data masking, Job scheduling and Oracle HCM quarterly patch process exposure

• Support of multiple environments and migrations

• Should have hands on with BIP Report publish and extract

• Worked within Infra related activities and experience with release management within Oracle HCM area

• Experience in at least 2 go live implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion modules

• Able to handle incidents
