Description

Responsibilities:

As an Oracle HCM - Payroll Analyst, provide functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to IT development team
Configure Payroll system according to business requirements. Coordinate with technical teams for any required customizations or enhancements
Provide Functional and technical support to the payroll functional team.
Analyze and design solutions to enhance payroll functionality in Oracle HCM
Develop and deliver training programs and support materials to educate end-users on Payroll system functionality, features, and best practices
Manage system maintenance activities, including applying patches, upgrades, and ensuring data integrity. Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and troubleshooting payroll issues.
Perform regression testing for changes to payroll configuration and related application upgrades 
Works with corporate HR and Payroll functions to streamline, document and improve existing and new processes using Oracle HCM and third-party software solutions like ADP, Kronos, , etc.
Provides quality assurance and testing on newly developed customizations and reports before deploying to the user group

Requirements
5+ years of total experience
3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM
Experience with the following Oracle HCM modules: Payroll
Experience with reporting

Bachelor's degree
