For our customer, a Managed Business Service for Oracle HCM, including the necessary integrations, is being operated. As part of this service, we provide 3rd-level support and impalement changes to Oracle HCM and its integrations—primarily between Oracle HCM and SAP HCM—based on customer requirements.
Description of Service
Provision of 2nd- and 3rd-level support for the integration of Oracle HCM with SAP HCM at the customer site.
Consulting for the customer on the integration of Oracle HCM with SAP HCM.
Advisory services on optimization opportunities in the integration environment.
Troubleshooting error tickets, including analysis within the SAP HCM system down to the ABAP level.
Implementation of corrections in the SAP HCM system after coordination with the customer and MHP experts.
Integration issue analysis and resolution, in consultation with the customer for integration-related tickets.
Execution of service requests related to integration.
Implementation of integration change requests, based on expert estimation and approval by the customer and the MHP Service Manager.
Independent handling of integration tickets from Jira and Cherwell ticketing systems, including assignment to additional Synergy experts, if applicable.
Support for semi-annual releases of Oracle HCM and SAP HCM patches, particularly for necessary follow-up adjustments.
Participated in customer meetings as a technical integration expert.
