We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions across multiple regions and countries.

 

What you have:

 

  • Prior experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM core modules.
  • Proven experience in HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation.
  • Extensive experience in multi-region/country Oracle HCM configuration and administration.
  • Familiarity with developing solutions using Oracle Journeys, email notifications, and approval workflows.
  • Strong background in customization, including DFF, EFF, report customization, concurrent programs, value sets, and form functions.
  • Experience conducting CRP sessions and fit-gap analysis.
  • Familiarity with the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
