Responsibilities:
Implementations: Lead Oracle HCM projects, including 2+ HCM Cloud implementations.
Design & Execution: Oversee functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live for the Compensation module.
Client Engagement: Conduct requirement sessions and deliver tailored solutions.
Mentorship: Guide junior consultants and ensure project success.
Travel: Domestic & international travel as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6+ years in HCM with 3+ years focused on Compensation.
Expertise: 5+ end-to-end HCM implementations; 2+ on HCM Cloud.
Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, Compensation Management, Requirement Gathering, and Functional Configuration.
