Job Description: Job title: Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Functional Consultant Experience : 7+ years Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Chandigarh, Chennai, Panchkula, Mumbai, Gurugram Notice period: Immediate joiner We is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Functional Consultant with strong leadership skills. Consultant would Interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Perform a role of Oracle HCM Cloud Lead and advisor. Consultant should have ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. Ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree. • 10 years of Information Technology experience • Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud • Candidate should be Techno-Functional or functional resource and Functional background must be HCM domain. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in computer science or applications or relevant technical field is needed. • At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle • 7+ years of Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects • With strong knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules – Core HR, Compensation, Journeys, Recruitment • Create documentation to support end-users • Must have worked in a client facing role. • Provide hands - on leadership, coaching, mentoring to other members and experience or desire to work in global delivery model.
