Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient resource to support the configuration and ongoing optimization of the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning module. This role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for learning management processes and technology, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Oracle HCM Learning module to support enterprise learning strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Support the business stakeholders with constructing Alerts Composer notifications and reminders and reviewing Alerts History.
  • Support the business stakeholders with managing learning content, course structures, learning paths, and user access within the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with Oracle support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support the business stakeholders with creating OTBI analysis report criteria to identify learners for access groups, assignments, and initiatives.
  • Design and deliver OTBI reports to support HR operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics related to learning activities and compliance.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management processes.
  • Develop and execute regression testing plans to validate system functionality post-update.
  • Configure and optimize Redwood UI components to enhance user experience across Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stay current on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Learning module.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning standards.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) in Learning or related modules.
  • Experience with integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning content standards
