Role Description:
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR business process Consultant you will perform the following tasks:
Maintain requirements matrix and perform gap analysis
Document and configure module
Set up test data
Test system and resolve differences between expected and actual results
Review test packages with test lead
Work with business function owners to develop system test condition and scripts and understand the system
Analyze and diagnose problems encountered within the module tested and recommend solutions
Design modifications/required enhancements and identify their impacts on the rest of the system
Provide guidance and review for application developers
