  • Mid-level to Senior Applications Developer with HCM experience.
  • Two to three years relevant work experience with Oracle Cloud

Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and support of solutions for HR processes.
  • Coordinate and perform system testing and assist users with acceptance testing.
  • Support the configuration, integration, and maintenance of our Oracle HCM system.
  • Interact with staff, vendor managed services team, and vendor technical support.
  • Prepare procedural manual and documentation for system users.
  • Supports system upgrades and perform acceptance tests for new systems and modifications to existing systems.
  • Assist with technical questions regarding HCM and collaborate with operational teams with escalated issues/tickets.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with IT and impacted business users.
  • Participate as project team member in systems and data-related projects.
  • Assist in development of management standard and custom reports, and support data analysis, research, and reporting.
  • Performs modifications and development of workflows, and runs ad-hoc queries and reports
