Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Details:

· Assist with the design, deployment, development, and troubleshooting of solutions to highly complex techno-functional problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are a high level of techno-functional skills, business knowledge, Oracle products knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

· Support the implementation of an Oracle Cloud Fusion deployment and provide ongoing support.

· Cover wide technical/business domains and work across modules.

· Develop SQL queries to assist with the extraction of data and/or correction of existing extractions.

· Work with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues, answer business questions, and provide data analysis.

· Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Skillset/Qualifications:

· Must be willing to work with night shifts and support 24/7 operations.

· Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Passion for customer service, with a strong customer focus, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain complex technical concepts.

· Well-developed implementation and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze details and synthesize "the big picture".

· You can apply creative use of industry-standard tools to aid in the diagnostic process.

· Ability to learn and extend your capabilities with self-based training.

· Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios.

· Should have the ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files, as well as the ability to act upon the finding to determine a problem resolution.

· Should be able to understand business process flow and perform functional testing as per business requirement with appropriate test scripts.

· Knowledge of external data integration services to load data into Oracle Fusion Applications from external sources, such as legacy systems and third-party applications.

· Knowledge of localizations.

· Desire to seek innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers.
