Description

The Oracle Fusion Security Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a secure environment for Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, SCM, and EPM systems. This role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining application security policies, role-based access controls, and compliance frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Security for enterprise environments.

Implement and maintain security configurations across HCM, ERP, SCM, and EPM modules.

Design and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and data security policies.

Work with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Support security during Redwood transition for HCM.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to support cross-departmental projects and security process improvements.

Define, design, and document Oracle Cloud security mechanisms, tools, and procedures.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, PII protection techniques, and segregation of duties (SOD) frameworks.

Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues.

Provide recommendations for security best practices and continuous improvement.

Contribute to quarterly and annual compliance activities and audits.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical/business discipline or equivalent experience (4+ years in professional environment).

Experience:

6+ years supporting access management systems.

4+ years with Oracle Cloud product suite (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM).

4+ years in enterprise change control and ticket fulfillment processes.

3+ years designing roles and developing data security policies in Oracle Cloud.

Experience with SSO and MFA implementations.

Technical Skills:

Oracle Fusion Security expertise.

Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).

Understanding of Redwood security (HCM focus).

Knowledge of SOD frameworks and PII protection techniques
