Oracle Fusion Migration Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Migration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle technologies, particularly in migration projects, and possess hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL and Oracle Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute migration projects from Oracle 12 to Oracle Fusion.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Oracle SQL queries and scripts.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Supply Chain modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement WMS (Warehouse Management System) models, with a preference for WMS experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion, SQL, and Supply Chain processes.
• Ensure data integrity and system performance during and after migration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in migrating from Oracle 12 to Oracle Fusion.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding and experience in Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• Preferred experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Oracle Fusion, SQL, or Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise migration projects.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing data processing and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, accurate results under tight deadlines.
