Serve as a Techno/Functional Consultant for Oracle Fusion HCM (80% functional, 20% technical) on a federal project.
Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Time & Labor, Benefits (Open Enrollment), Performance, Recruiting, and Payroll.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide expert-level support for complex HCM and Payroll system issues, including Open Enrollment lifecycle and integrations.
Perform hands-on technical tasks such as debugging and resolving issues using in-depth knowledge of Fusion HCM database schemas and table structures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions, enhancements, and system updates.
Apply expertise with Oracle Fusion versions 24D, 25A, and 25B, including configuration, patch management, and leveraging new features.
Utilize and support Oracle Redwood UX and embedded AI functionalities to optimize business processes within HCM modules.
Participate in test planning, documentation, and deliver end-user training.
Ensure all activities and deliverables comply with federal project requirements and standards.
Must be eligible for U.S. Security Clearance and work independently in a remote environment
