Description

  • Serve as a Techno/Functional Consultant for Oracle Fusion HCM (80% functional, 20% technical) on a federal project.
  • Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Time & Labor, Benefits (Open Enrollment), Performance, Recruiting, and Payroll.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide expert-level support for complex HCM and Payroll system issues, including Open Enrollment lifecycle and integrations.
  • Perform hands-on technical tasks such as debugging and resolving issues using in-depth knowledge of Fusion HCM database schemas and table structures.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions, enhancements, and system updates.
  • Apply expertise with Oracle Fusion versions 24D, 25A, and 25B, including configuration, patch management, and leveraging new features.
  • Utilize and support Oracle Redwood UX and embedded AI functionalities to optimize business processes within HCM modules.
  • Participate in test planning, documentation, and deliver end-user training.
  • Ensure all activities and deliverables comply with federal project requirements and standards.
  • Must be eligible for U.S. Security Clearance and work independently in a remote environment
