Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Lead Functional Consultant
Spring Field, IL || Contract
Hybrid(3days per week)
- implementing ERP Applications in HCM, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Learning Cloud.
- HCM business process flows, for example Onboarding, Talent Management, and Learning Management.
- creating reports using some combination of OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView and other standard Oracle reporting tools.
- strong Analytics and SQL skills with an understanding of data models, data migration, and data clean-up for databases
