Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Transformation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation projects focusing on Procurement, Product Data Hub (PDH), Inventory, and Costing modules within Oracle Cloud. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes in a third-party logistics setup, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects, specifically focusing on Procurement, PDH, Inventory, and Costing modules.
- Drive initiatives to streamline and enhance operational efficiency in a third-party logistics environment.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Independently conduct requirement workshops to gather and document the AS-IS business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
- Solution Modeling and Design:
- Model requirements within Oracle Cloud to create efficient and effective future-state processes.
- Design complex interfaces with third-party systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals and updates.
- Work closely with stakeholders to achieve project milestones and ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Autonomy and Initiative:
- Complete tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience leading Oracle Cloud transformation projects, specifically in Procurement, PDH, Inventory, and Costing modules.
- Strong business knowledge and experience in a third-party logistics setup.
- Proven ability to independently drive requirement workshops and document AS-IS processes.
- Expertise in modeling and designing future-state processes in Oracle Cloud.
- Solid understanding of designing and implementing complex interfaces with third-party systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules or other ERP systems.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
