Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Transformation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation projects focusing on Procurement, Product Data Hub (PDH), Inventory, and Costing modules within Oracle Cloud. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes in a third-party logistics setup, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership:
    • Lead and manage large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects, specifically focusing on Procurement, PDH, Inventory, and Costing modules.
    • Drive initiatives to streamline and enhance operational efficiency in a third-party logistics environment.
  2. Business Process Analysis:
    • Independently conduct requirement workshops to gather and document the AS-IS business processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
  3. Solution Modeling and Design:
    • Model requirements within Oracle Cloud to create efficient and effective future-state processes.
    • Design complex interfaces with third-party systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  4. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals and updates.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve project milestones and ensure timely closure of tasks.
  5. Autonomy and Initiative:
    • Complete tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience leading Oracle Cloud transformation projects, specifically in Procurement, PDH, Inventory, and Costing modules.
  • Strong business knowledge and experience in a third-party logistics setup.
  • Proven ability to independently drive requirement workshops and document AS-IS processes.
  • Expertise in modeling and designing future-state processes in Oracle Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of designing and implementing complex interfaces with third-party systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules.
  • Experience with additional Oracle Cloud modules or other ERP systems.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
