Oracle Fusion - Data Conversion Lead

 Job Description

•           Lead Data Conversion Efforts:

Oversee the entire data conversion process for Oracle boundary applications including analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Ensure successful conversion of data from legacy systems to Oracle systems with minimal disruption to business operations.

•           Project Lead:

Coordinate and manage all data conversion-related activities in alignment with project timelines and deliverables with SI partner and project manager. Ensure detailed conversion plan is built, and ensure resources, schedules, and tasks are effectively managed.

•           ETL Process Management:

Work with technical teams to ensure the extraction of data from source systems, transformation to meet business needs, and loading into the target systems.

•           Data Quality and Integrity:

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data during the conversion process. Develop and implement validation and testing strategies to verify data correctness post-conversion.

•           Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., finance, supply chain) to ensure the successful integration of data into the Oracle system. Work with Oracle functional consultants to validate and refine conversion processes
