Seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud Solution Architect / Senior Consultant profile.

The role is required to work with our customer’s business/IT teams and domain specialists to lead solution implementation of the Field Service solution.

Candidate should have strong experience with implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud.

Consultant should be able to engage with different stakeholders, understand the functional and integration requirements, analyze the customer service and field service processes, and design/deliver an Oracle Field Service cloud-based solution working with delivery team onshore and India based offshore team.

Should be able to facilitate solution design sessions that evaluate potential design options, and balance business requirements.
