Oracle Extension Developer – ERP Financials & SCM Clouds

Introduction: We are looking for a talented Extension Developer with expertise in Oracle ERP Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Clouds. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in developing, testing, and implementing extensions within Oracle Cloud ERP. Proficiency in Oracle Extensions, BI Publisher, and Oracle APEX is essential, and knowledge of PL-SQL is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to customizations and extensions in a dynamic Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test custom extensions for Oracle ERP Financials and SCM Cloud applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement effective extensions.
• Use Oracle APEX to develop custom applications and interfaces within the ERP system.
• Create and manage reports using Oracle BI Publisher, integrating them with the ERP extensions.
• Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to extensions and customizations.
• Develop integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and third-party applications as required.
• Ensure that extensions meet the performance, security, and functional requirements set by the business.
• Optimize and enhance existing extensions to improve functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle ERP updates and best practices for extensions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in developing Oracle Extensions for ERP Financials and SCM Cloud modules.
• Expertise in creating and managing reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX for custom application development.
• In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and extension frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of PL-SQL for creating custom queries and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud's REST and SOAP APIs.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
