Collaborate with C-Suite, IT, business stakeholders, finance and accounting to understand goals and challenges of ERP initiatives.
Plan, execute, and oversee ERP system implementations to improve business processes and efficiency.
Develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, identify and resolve risks associated with ERP initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendors to ensure organizational goals are met.
Ensure user adoption and transition into post-implementation roles, such as creating a center of excellence to manage ongoing ERP operations and upgrades.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Program Manager leading implementations for large organizations.
Technical knowledge to manage system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.
Project management experience, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Experience using Smartsheets for project planning and Azure DevOps for SDLC process (requirements, documentation, test cases, etc.).
Excellent communication skills to lead team, stakeholder, and vendor coordination.
An Executive presence: ability to work regularly with the C-Suite and manage other PMs.
Ability to hold people accountable, have tough conversations, and lead people and processes in a deadline-driven environment
