Key Responsibilities

Oracle ERP Expertise:

  • Manage and configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules: PDH, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
  • Create detailed configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end implementations, with a minimum of 2–3 successful cycles.

Data Migration and Deployment:

  • Execute data migration strategies for Oracle ERP modules.
  • Oversee deployment and cut-over activities with minimal downtime.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Identify and resolve critical configuration and performance issues.
  • Debug application setups, workflows, and integration points to ensure seamless operations.

Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain workflows.
  • Leverage Oracle Supply Chain knowledge to optimize operational processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Provide hands-on support to clients and project teams across various time zones.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.

Technical Requirements

  • Oracle ERP PDH + Procurement Cloud: Extensive hands-on experience.
  • Implementation Expertise: Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Documentation: Skilled in preparing functional and technical documents.
  • Integration: Experience in integrating Oracle ERP with other business applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong debugging skills for resolving configuration and technical challenges.
  • SCM Knowledge: Familiarity with other Oracle Supply Chain modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Order Management) is advantageous.
  • Data Migration Tools: Proficiency in FBDI, ADFDI, and other Oracle-supported utilities.
  • Reporting: Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and analytics tools for custom reporting.
