Oracle EBS Service Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance activities (SLAs, KPIs, compliance, risk) and manage service delivery frameworks.
• Drive performance of a global cross-functional team (functional, technical, DBA, and integration).
• Oversee Oracle EBS operations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, O2C, P2P, and Planning & Scheduling.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT service delivery experience, with 8+ years in Oracle EBS (preferably in manufacturing).
• Strong domain expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
• Experience with RICEFW lifecycle and coordination of Oracle DB administration.
• Familiarity with integration platforms like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite.
• Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
