Position Summary:
The Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing Techno-Functional Consultant will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business users. The individual will analyze, design, configure, and implement solutions across Oracle Manufacturing modules to meet business requirements while also supporting technical development and customizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Functional Duties:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Manufacturing modules (Work in Process, Bill of Materials, Inventory, Cost Management, and Shop Floor Management). 
Configure Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules to align with business processes. 
Document functional designs and configurations. 
Provide end-user training and support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing). 
Technical Duties:

Design and develop customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports (CEMLI) using Oracle tools (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher). 
Debug and resolve issues in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules. 
Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions. 
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle EBS modules. 
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
7+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 in a techno-functional role. 
Strong understanding of Oracle Manufacturing modules and processes. 
Proficiency in Oracle development tools (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, etc.). 
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
Experience with Oracle Cloud (preferred).
