“At LA Metro, we need a EBS HRMS Developer with HCM Cloud experience preferably by 1st week of February. We have 9 Inbound Integrations to EBS, as part of Cloud2EBS integrations, to send the employee data to on-perm EBS HR System, to keep both systems in sync.

This Developer should have knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL*Loaders, Concurrent Jobs, Oracle HRMS APIs ( Work structures & Employee load etc.) to load the Employee data into EBS HR system.”

Desired Skills and Experience
Kaygen FTE HCM Extract Required Skills and Experience: • Technical Expertise: o Strong hands-on experience in ETL processes and tools. o Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS data structures and conversions. o Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion and HCM Data Loader (HDL). o Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle development tools. • Domain Knowledge: o Deep understanding of HRMS and HCM Cloud modules. o Experience in handling sensitive HR and payroll data during migration. • Other Skills: o Proficient in data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques. o Ability to analyse and resolve complex data issues effectively.
