Job Description

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, including functional configurations and implementations.
  • Experience with Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP) and workflows is a plus.
  • Proven track record in working with cross-functional teams and managing complex project timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with business and technical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to identify and address gaps in functionality or process, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively in high-pressure situations
