Support production environment and address incidents/problems logged under production Support
Take care of any escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis of any problem that may arise out of IRs and /or proactive needs of the business
Resolve technical and functional problems in a timely manner and respond to users’ queries and concern very promptly.
Follow the required policies and procedures for the incident, problem and change management
Raise/escalate any service related issues and risks to track lead and /or manager
Maintain and update runbooks, user guides and training materials.
Understand requirement stemming from business need and design solutions accordingly
Perform design, development, testing and implementation of projects and ensure project deliverables meet customer needs with quality standard in releases.
Deliverables meet customer specification with quality standards in releases
Work with the right teams within Client, CACIB or 3rd parties for the implementation of changes.
Create and maintain development projects documents like BRD, FSD, IAD, traceability Matrix, testing scenarios and test scripts etc.
Provide suggestion to customize oracle application for optimal performs and identity functional gaps and provide corrective actions
Develop report, table fields , data interfaces and application extensions.
Continuous improvement in the area of delivery productivity and quality.
Should have experience in oracle application development
Good exposure on application Development for technologies like SQL PL SQL mandatory
Forms ( good to have knowledge on reports, webadi & work flow , unix shell scripting
Good knowledge of oracle applications fundamentals and modules AOl General Ledger, account payable , fixed assests, purchasing , iprocurement, I expenses ,functionalits
Working experience in application related to account and financial reporting in banking environment
Keen to learn application functionally and learn the business
