Job Description:

  • Mentor junior developers, review or validate junior developers knowledge
  • Be the main SPOC for P1 or P2 incidents
  • Handle incidents that L1 is not able to resolve, escalate to CACIB or 3rd parties as necessary
  • Assist in building KB to ensure future incident response from 1st level
  • Propose solutions to address problems permanently
  • Assist for all 3rd party tech support and ticket management
  • Be the SME for CTB and IR or RCA completion
  • Provide daily updates to team on all activities shift handover
  • Analyze and understand business requirements
  • Code development and or changes as per the business requirements
  • Test code changes e.g. function change, non-regression
