Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Upgrade Execution:

· Lead Oracle EBS R12 upgrade projects focusing on Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM,PA).

· Coordinate upgrade planning, testing, and deployment activities.

· Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during upgrades.

· Functional Expertise:

· Configure and customize Oracle Financial modules to meet business needs.

· Analyze and document business processes and requirements.

· Provide post-upgrade support and resolve functional issues.

· Collaboration & Communication:

· Act as a liaison between Finance and IT teams.

· Work with SMEs and super users to gather requirements and validate solutions.

· Train end-users and develop documentation for upgraded systems.

· Technical Support:

· Write and execute SQL/PLSQL scripts for data analysis and validation.

· Support third-party integrations and ensure data integrity.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financial modules.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.

· Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle EBS Financials, including R12.

· Proven experience in upgrading Oracle EBS to R12.

· Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

· Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and Oracle EBS architecture.

· Experience with SDLC or Agile methodologies.

· Oracle Certified Professional

· Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance is a plus.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Familiarity with modules like Procurement, Order Management, and SCM
