Oracle Developer

Job Summary:
•    We are seeking a Senior Oracle Developer with extensive experience in performance tuning of Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, and queries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex Oracle-based solutions to support high-volume enterprise applications. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle architecture and hands-on expertise in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
•    Perform advanced performance tuning of PL/SQL code, queries, and database structures.
•    Analyze and refactor poorly performing database code and provide recommendations for improvements.
•    Collaborate with DBAs, application developers, and system architects to implement best practices for performance and scalability.
•    Utilize tools like AWR, ASH, SQL Trace, and SQL Plan Baselines to monitor and enhance performance.
•    Hands on with Informatica ETL work flows
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    10+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
•    5+ years of experience in Informatica ETL work flows
•    Deep expertise in performance tuning Oracle packages and SQL queries (Oracle 12c/19c/21c).
•    Strong understanding of Oracle internals, execution plans, indexing, partitioning, and optimizer behavior.
•    Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, AWR, ASH, TKPROF, SQL Trace, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
•Preferred Qualifications:
•    Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
•    Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments.
•    Experience with performance tuning in cloud-based Oracle environments
