Description

Responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Financial and Vertex tax solutions for client for different Legal entities like US, Canada, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, UK, etc.  Primary focus will be on ensuring successful implementation to meet the specific needs of our tax and financial requirements.  Collaborate closely with business, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

· Certification(s) in Vertex tax software (Vertex Certified Professional).

· Certification(s) Oracle ERP Financial Modules (AP, AR, GL, FA).

· Experience in Certificate Exemption process, configuration and setup in Vertex O.

· Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.

· Experience in tax software solutions specifically Tax Link and Vertex and tax compliance tools

· 3+ years of experience in tax technology implementation, with a focus on Vertex tax solutions for both Use Tax and Sales Tax for all different legal entities such as US, Canada, Italy, Turkey, UK etc.

· Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of sales and use tax.

· 5+ Oracle ERP cloud experience in financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects

· Excellent communication with the ability to effectively interact with business and internal teams
