Required Skills & Expertise:
17+ years of relevant Oracle DBA experience
Strong hands-on experience in the banking/financial domain
Proven track record in SQL performance tuning, query/code-level optimization
Expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, and OEM
Experience supporting large transaction-heavy environments
Skilled in Shell/Python scripting for automation
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
Strong experience in Data Guard, disaster recovery planning, and HA configurations
Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
