Oracle CPQ Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing programming and troubleshooting support for Oracle CPQ applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CPQ with enterprise systems like Salesforce CRM and ERP, while supporting testing and deployment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, and related technologies, with a proven track record in implementing CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide programming and troubleshooting support for Oracle CPQ applications.
• Review existing and proposed CPQ solutions to optimize for performance, stability, and scalability.
• Support testing and deployment efforts to maintain a stable and efficient CPQ environment.
• Integrate CPQ with enterprise systems such as Salesforce CRM and ERP, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in the hands-on build of solutions, ensuring they are scalable and applicable across various product lines.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting support for Flowserve applications running on Oracle CPQ.
• Reinforce lessons learned by collaborating with team members to refine solutions and ideas.
• Analyze business processes and develop systems to enhance and support them.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ experience.
• Expertise in implementing CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows.
• Strong technical skills with deep knowledge of SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with commerce flows within CPQ.
• Familiarity with efficient business processes within the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domain.
• Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems/programs to improve them.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in CPQ business processes, especially in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Industry experience with manufacturing constraints (material restrictions, lead-time calculations).
• Exposure to enterprise platforms like Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, and E-Commerce systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes/operations is a plus
• Proven experience in delivering complex projects successfully.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.

Certifications

Relevant certifications in Oracle CPQ or related technologies would be a plus but not required
