Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and integration development to support reporting and data exchange across Oracle Cloud modules. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports and templates. 

Build OTBI dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses using subject areas. 

Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and HDL. 

Collaborate with functional teams to gather technical requirements for reporting and integration. 

Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to reports, interfaces, and data flows. 

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with development standards. 

Required Skills: 

7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion SaaS). 

Strong knowledge of: 

BI Publisher (BIP) – data models, templates, bursting logic 

OTBI – subject areas, filters, analysis, dashboards 

Integration techniques – OIC, FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP web services 

Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud data model structure. 

Exposure to Groovy scripting, ADF Personalizations, or Security Roles/Privileges. 

Knowledge of data migration strategies and interface error handling. 

Experience in Agile project delivery and offshore collaboration models.
