 Domain Experience : Must to have Wine / Beverages / Liquor domain exp.

Required Qualifications

• Core Expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud – Oracle OM, Pricing, Procurement, Manufacturing & Inventory modules.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud PLM & supply chain planning nice to have.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electronics & communication, or related supply chain field with some domain experience)
• 18+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM modules.
• Implementation Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM is MUST with at least 3 project as solution architect.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Requisition:

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM - OM, Pricing, procurement, Inventory solution, including PLM and planning.
• Should be able to drive requirement gathering workshops and guide implementation team on various modules as well as workshops
• Should be able to drive customer’s expectation well in-line with scope and provide best industry practices across SCM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with other modules and third-party systems as well as laydown end to end solution
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to SCM processes and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
• Conduct requirement workshops and document the outcomes
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to align with business processes and requirements.
• Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct user training and create documentation to support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
• Keep abreast of updates and new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and advise on their implementation.
• Create functional design documents and work with developers for custom extensions
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
