- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, mapping them to Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, including functional configuration, testing, and training.
- Module Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including but not limited to:
- Procurement: Understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and related functionalities.
- Inventory Management: Expertise in inventory planning, control, and optimization.
- Order Management: Knowledge of order processing workflows, pricing, and fulfillment.
- Other SCM Modules: Familiarity with other modules like Planning, Manufacturing, and Cost Management.
- Functional Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle Fusion SCM processes and solutions, and provide training to users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project teams, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and support of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
- Data Migration & Integration: Assist with data migration and integration of Oracle Fusion SCM with other systems.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion SCM reporting tools.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information and communication technology or similar;
- 6-10 years working environment as an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Expert level knowledge of Oracle ERP Application functionality
- Expert level knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management and Order Management
- Strong knowledge on Supply Chain processes & Testing methodologies
- Experience needed in testing of Oracle Fusion during SIT, UAT & Regression Testing.
- English required at an advanced proficiency level.
- Has gone through 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for Supply Chain and Supply Planning, Order Management and Financial Modules
- Combines strong business acumen/experience and deep IT knowledge.
- Has shown record of strategic project planning and client management.
- Worked with a broad range of diverse customers and stakeholders Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines
